To Jenkins, it looked like Eubanks escalated the situation and wanted the referees to address it. Edey simply took matters into his own hands. “Is he bothering you?” Morant recalled Edey asking him after the first scuffle. Less than a minute later, Edey gave Eubanks a bump while jockeying for position on a rebound. Eubanks, appearing to be frustrated, charged up the floor, sped up and bumped into Edey. Eubanks was charged with a flagrant-2 foul and ejected after another scuffle led to a review from officials.
